What kind of data does Vivameda provide?
Vivameda provides structured, historical workforce intelligence as company year observations, including headcount snapshots, year over year growth metrics, role distributions, and seniority classifications. Our datasets are focused analytical windows drawn from a historical workforce archive spanning 2000 to 2020, containing 48M+ observed company year records across 4.2 million companies in 100+ countries. We are not a marketing tool, lead generation platform, or raw profile data provider.
Does coverage stop in 2020?
Observed records extend through 2020. Datasets are continuously enriched with the latest available signals to maximize predictive accuracy. Targeted enrichment is available on request for specific industries, regions, or company lists, combining updated workforce signals with the same longitudinal company year structure used in the core datasets.
What are the intended use cases for this data?
Our data is designed exclusively for workforce analytics and organizational modeling, investment research and private equity due diligence, corporate strategy and headcount benchmarking, and as structured inputs for advanced analytics platforms. It is not intended for direct marketing, prospecting, or unsolicited outreach.
Is Vivameda GDPR compliant?
Yes. Vivameda processes all data under GDPR Article 6(1)(f), Legitimate Interest. We are registered in Cyprus (EU), our data resides in a Tier 3 facility in Helsinki, Finland, and we enforce strict contractual obligations including mandatory Data Processing Agreements. We do not sell consumer data and are not a consumer data broker.
Can I request removal of my personal data?
Absolutely. Under GDPR Article 17, you have the right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"). You can submit a removal request through our data removal page or email us directly at data@vivameda.com. We process all requests within 30 days and notify downstream clients where technically feasible.
Where does the data come from?
We combine multiple public and proprietary sources, including publicly available professional networking platforms, company websites, licensed third party data providers, and public business registries. All acquisition is performed via lawful, contractually permitted, and compliant collection methods.
Can clients resell or redistribute the data?
No. Aggregated workforce datasets are provided exclusively for analytical and research purposes. Resale, sublicensing, or redistribution to third parties is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of contract.
How is the data stored and secured?
All data is hosted in dedicated Tier 3 data center infrastructure in Helsinki, Finland, within the EU. We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures and require all clients to do the same. International transfers are conducted with appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
Does Vivameda provide contact data or individual profiles?
No. Vivameda's datasets are structured at the company year level and contain only aggregated workforce intelligence, such as headcount metrics, role distributions, seniority breakdowns, and skill signals. We do not provide individual contact information, personal profiles, or any data intended for direct outreach.
Can I try the data before purchasing?
Yes. We offer free sample datasets for each of our core intelligence layers. You can download them directly from our datasets page to evaluate structure, coverage, and quality before committing to a license. Samples are also available through Snowflake Marketplace for direct evaluation within your existing data environment.
In what format is the data delivered?
Datasets are delivered as structured Apache Parquet and CSV files, partitioned and SQL ready, with fully documented schemas for direct integration into analytical and AI workflows. We also support delivery through Snowflake Marketplace, RAG file for AI workflows, or directly into your AWS S3 bucket.
How is the data licensed?
Vivameda offers flexible licensing tailored to your use case. Datasets can be licensed individually or as bundles, with options for one time access or ongoing subscriptions. All licensing terms are outlined in a formal Data Processing Agreement. Contact us to discuss the right fit for your needs.
