Governance and Trust
Transparency in how we source, process, and deliver workforce intelligence. Every dataset is built on licensed sources, aggregated at company level, and governed under EU regulatory standards.

Data Pipeline
A five stage process transforms raw professional records into structured, anonymized company year intelligence.
Raw professional records are acquired from licensed, commercially available data sources. All source material is obtained through legitimate data partnerships and public data aggregation.
Company names, job titles, and geographic identifiers are normalized into standardized entities. Deduplication algorithms resolve naming variations, mergers, and subsidiaries into stable company identifiers.
Individual level records are aggregated to company year level. The resulting datasets contain no personally identifiable information. All outputs reflect organizational patterns, not individual profiles.
Aggregated company records are enriched with industry classification, geographic headquarters mapping, company size banding, and growth trajectory labels. These derived attributes power analytical depth.
Automated validation pipelines check for coverage gaps, outlier detection, and temporal consistency. Manual review processes verify data integrity across all analytical windows.
Regulatory Framework
Built from the ground up under EU data protection standards. Privacy is structural, not an afterthought.
Data processing is grounded in Legitimate Interest under GDPR Article 6(1)(f). Vivameda provides aggregated organizational intelligence for business research and strategic analysis, balancing commercial utility with individual privacy rights.
All commercial datasets are delivered at the company year level. No names, email addresses, or individual identifiers appear in any delivered product. The intelligence layer is structurally anonymized by design.
Vivameda Ltd is registered in the European Union (Cyprus). All data governance, processing decisions, and compliance obligations fall under EU jurisdiction and GDPR regulatory standards.
Individuals may exercise their rights under GDPR, including the right to access, rectification, and erasure. Vivameda provides a dedicated data removal process accessible from the website.
All data sources are governed by commercial licensing agreements. Data Processing Agreements are maintained with partners where applicable. Downstream usage is governed by Vivameda's Terms of Service.
Data infrastructure is hosted on enterprise grade cloud platforms with encryption at rest and in transit. Access to raw data is restricted to authorized personnel only. Delivered datasets are distributed through secure channels.
Quality Assurance
Every dataset passes through automated and manual validation before reaching production.
Automated checks ensure minimum company coverage thresholds across industries, geographies, and time periods.
Year over year workforce trends are validated against expected growth patterns and macroeconomic signals.
Statistical methods flag anomalous data points for manual review before inclusion in production datasets.
Every dataset conforms to published schema specifications. Field completeness and type validation are enforced at the pipeline level.
