Senior Data Engineer
We're looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain the large scale data pipelines that power our workforce intelligence infrastructure. You'll work closely with our engineering team to aggregate, normalize, and structure company year workforce observations derived from 48M+ observed company-year records across 4.2 million companies in 100+ countries.
What You'll Do
- •Design and implement scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for ingesting and aggregating large scale workforce datasets at company year level
- •Architect and optimize data storage solutions across our Tier 3 Helsinki infrastructure
- •Build and maintain data quality frameworks ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness
- •Develop normalization and deduplication algorithms for entity resolution across multiple data sources
- •Collaborate with the product team to deliver structured data exports (Parquet, DuckDB) and documented metric definitions
- •Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability for all data pipeline operations
- •Contribute to data governance and compliance processes aligned with GDPR requirements
What We're Looking For
- •5+ years of experience in data engineering or a related role
- •Strong proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with Spark, Airflow, or equivalent orchestration tools
- •Deep experience with large scale data processing (TB scale datasets)
- •Familiarity with columnar data formats (Parquet, ORC) and distributed storage systems
- •Experience with PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, or similar analytical databases
- •Understanding of data modeling, schema design, and normalization techniques
- •Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Hetzner/bare metal environments)
Nice to Have
- •Experience with entity resolution, record linkage, or identity graph systems
- •Background in B2B data, professional networks, or workforce analytics
- •Familiarity with GDPR compliance in data engineering workflows
- •Experience with dbt, Great Expectations, or similar data quality tooling

Client Success Manager
We're hiring a Client Success Manager to own the post sale relationship with our enterprise clients, including HR tech platforms, private equity research teams, and corporate strategy departments. You'll ensure clients extract maximum value from our workforce intelligence datasets, drive renewals, and serve as the voice of the customer internally.
What You'll Do
- •Manage the full client lifecycle from onboarding through renewal and expansion
- •Conduct technical onboarding sessions, helping clients integrate our aggregated workforce datasets into their analytics and research workflows
- •Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
- •Develop and deliver quarterly business reviews demonstrating data value and usage insights
- •Identify expansion opportunities by understanding evolving client needs and aligning them with our product roadmap
- •Collaborate with Engineering to relay client feedback and prioritize feature requests
- •Build and maintain documentation, best practices, and training materials for client facing use cases
What We're Looking For
- •3+ years in client success, account management, or technical consulting within B2B SaaS or data companies
- •Strong understanding of data products, APIs, and enterprise data workflows
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus
- •Experience working with technical stakeholders (data scientists, engineers, analysts)
- •Demonstrated ability to manage multiple enterprise accounts simultaneously
- •Comfort with CRM tools and data driven account health tracking
Nice to Have
- •Background in AI/ML, workforce analytics, or business intelligence
- •Experience with B2B professional data or alternative data providers
- •Familiarity with GDPR and data compliance in a client facing context
- •Previous experience at a high growth startup or scale up
